Motion Technology, Inc (MTI) first introduced the AutoFry Model FFG-10 in the spring of 1990 and hasn’t looked back. Proudly made in Hudson, MA, our initial single basket deep fryer model showed the food service industry that they didn’t need to install costly hoods and vents to expand their menus.

As further commitment to ventless kitchen technology, in 1998, MTI launched the AirMaster, a high-speed oven. A unique combination of convection, direct and rotary air impingement. Fast forward to 2018, the MultiChef XL was launched, an even faster oven that cuts cooking times by more than 80%, transforming your business into a food preparation powerhouse. We then upgraded our MultiChef line with a new, sleek designs, and introduced the MultiChef XS and MultiChef XLT in 2021.
